The Shanghai Shangzhe Beidou Intelligent Piling Machine Guidance System is a significant innovation in the application of GNSS high-precision positioning technology in mechanical control. The system consists of a GNSS high-precision positioning device, data communication equipment, and an in-vehicle tablet computer (display device). The tablet computer is installed with the intelligent piling machine guidance system independently developed by Shanghai Lianshi Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. While the GNSS high-precision positioning device achieves high-precision positioning, it transmits data to the piling machine guidance system, enabling real-time acquisition of the relative distance between the piling machine and the pile foundation. Additionally, the system can provide real-time voice prompts to guide the piling machine operator for precise piling.
